Return Policy
At Print People, we’re committed to providing you with top-quality printing equipment and supplies, backed by a support team that cares. We understand that sometimes plans change, or products may arrive not as expected. Please review our return policy below for complete details.
1. Returns
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
Original packaging is required for returns of equipment such as printers, heat presses, and shakers. This ensures safe transit and eligibility for a full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, certain items are not eligible for return:
- Opened ink bottles or film rolls
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Software licenses or downloadable products
- Gift cards
- Equipment purchased through third-party financing
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at support@printpeople.co with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We will provide return instructions and shipping details.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or non-functional, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@printpeople.co. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Final Sale Items
- The following products are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
- Demo units
- DTF printers, DTF inks, and films once opened or used
- Custom-printed materials
- Mug press heating elements
Opened software
8. Restocking Fees
Returns of opened or used equipment may incur a 20% restocking fee, especially for large items like printers and shakers. This fee covers inspection, cleaning, and repackaging.
9. Freight Shipments
Returns for freight items (e.g., large printers or presses) must be shipped on a new, secure pallet and stretch-wrapped. We can help arrange return freight and provide a quote upon request.
